Throughout her career Irene has authored numerous articles, given keynotes and conference presentations, conducted several innovative research projects and applied strategic planning initiates to introduce new projects to police education. She has facilitated training internationally, United States, Bolivia and Hungary, on various law enforcement subjects. As an FBI Leadership Fellow and Visiting Scholar she developed and facilitated training for international police executives, completed the FBI LEEDA program and guest presented for FBI LEED.
Since retirement Irene has continued her work with various international leadership programs. Through her Leadership and Performance Coaching she provides individual attention to those who are interested in challenging their perspectives while setting personal and career goals. Her current interests are multifaceted including positive psychology, professional practice, psychologically safe workplaces and human resources specific well-being practices.
