Every public safety organization is one incident away from a headline — but most crises don’t begin with a single catastrophic act. They begin with silence. From use-of-force controversies in jails to toxic leadership in the firehouse to deadly mistakes in EMS, the pattern is almost always the same: people saw something, said nothing, and the damage compounded. Join Heroes Co-Founder Abigail Tucker, Psy.D., ABPP, reputation strategist Casey Boggs, and public safety professional Monte Chambers for “When Reputation Is on the Line: Active Bystandership and Organizational Integrity in Public Safety” — a candid conversation at the intersection of culture, accountability, and organizational trust.
