Purchase Terms

Thank you for registering for this Heroes Event. We’re excited to have you join us and look forward to an engaging and informative session together. Before we dive into the good stuff, we have some terms and conditions for you to review. Don’t worry, we’ve kept them as painless as possible—no hidden clauses about surrendering your firstborn or pledging your immortal soul here!

1. Personal Use Only: Access to the webinar is granted solely to you, our esteemed registrant. Sharing your login credentials or broadcasting the webinar to unregistered individuals is strictly prohibited. Let’s keep this an exclusive party!

2. Intellectual Property: All webinar content, including presentations, materials, and recordings, is the intellectual property of Heroes Active Bystandership Training (Heroes) and their guests/speakers. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, distribution, or sharing of any portion of the webinar content without prior written consent is a no-no.

3. Prohibited Conduct: We aim to create a respectful and enjoyable environment for all participants. Please refrain from any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or illegal during the webinar. This includes unauthorized recording, driving with your camera on during the event, harassment of presenters or other participants, and any form of discrimination. Let’s keep it classy!

4. Technical Requirements: You’re responsible for ensuring you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connectivity to attend the webinar. Heroes isn’t liable for technical issues arising from your equipment or internet connections. If your cat decides to nap on your keyboard mid-session, that’s on you.

5. Confidentiality: Any confidential information shared during the webinar is for your eyes and ears only and should not be disclosed to third parties. Loose lips sink ships!

6. Modification of Terms: Heroes reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in future webinars constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We’ll keep you posted on any changes—we promise!

7. Right to Cancel & Your Right to Refund: While we’re excited to offer this Zoom event, we do require a minimum number of participants to make it a go. If registration numbers fall short, we may need to cancel the event (cue tiny violin). Should that happen, we’ll let you know at least two weeks in advance and, of course, provide a full refund—no awkward emails necessary. By participating in the webinar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help and ensure you have the best possible experience. info@mail.heroesintervene.com
