Every day, professionals in public safety face high-stakes moments that test courage, loyalty, and integrity. The Heroes Active Bystandership Training helps agencies pivot from good intentions to cultures that expect and support intervention—where personnel are empowered to prevent harm, protect one another, and strengthen organizational wellness.

This 60-minute introductory webinar offers an inside look at Heroes: a culture-shift program designed to equip public safety professionals with the skills and mindset to intervene effectively and accept intervention when needed. Drawing from decades of social psychology and real-world experience fire rescue & EMS, Heroes teaches how to recognize when to act, how to act, and how to build a culture where intervention is the norm—not the exception.

Whether you’re a leader seeking to improve accountability and wellness, or a professional who wants to better support your team, this session will help you understand what active bystandership is and why it’s essential for every public safety organization.

Key Takeaways:

  • Learn what active bystandership means and how it builds trust, safety, and accountability.
  • Explore how Heroes promotes employee wellness, leadership engagement, and culture transformation.
  • See how agencies nationwide are adopting Heroes to save careers, save lives, and elevate all.
